Job Title: Medical Answering Service Representative (Remote)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based Only)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Answering Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients calling into medical practices nationwide. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing compassionate, high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls for a variety of medical practices across the country
Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
Document information with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements:
Windows-based PC or laptop (no Chromebooks)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
USB headset and mouse
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
