Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate & Property industry to join our team located in Sandy Spring, Georgia. This role will primarily involve data entry, customer service, and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling violations related to Homeowner Associations (HOA), managing a large number of properties, and communicating with multiple HOAs through email and phone.Responsibilities: Handle and resolve HOA violations in a timely and efficient manner Manage customer service inquiries and issues related to property management Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, SMS1, and Excel Manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate Correspond with multiple HOAs via email and phone, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for various tasks Handle inbound telephone calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues Apply de-escalation techniques when necessary to resolve disputes or complaints Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Requirements Proven experience in the Real Estate & Property industry Previous role as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role Demonstrated knowledge of Homeowners Associations (HOA) Proficiency in account management, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience in managing email correspondence with clients and stakeholders Comfortable handling inbound telephone calls and providing excellent customer service Ability to de-escalate situations and resolve customer issues effectively Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling purposes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
