The role you’ll contribute:GENERAL SUMMARY:To deliver medical/surgical nursing care to all patients. Works with the RN to assess patient needs, plan, deliver and coordinate care and reassess/evaluate care.Qualifications - ExternalThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED, Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Prior experience is preferred.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Current Georgia LPN License
BLS Certification at employment or within one month of employment
