As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our manufacturing site. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you'll bring your expertise to the table, shaping strategies and providing insights that fuel business decisions. Partnering with our Portable Wholesome Snacks (PWS) Finance team, you'll steer the conversation around key reports, analytics, targets, and strategic plans that guide our vision forward. In this role, you'll engage with cross-functional departments to champion process improvements and spearhead key initiatives. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Data Analysis and Financial Insights – Serve as the primary analytic resource by conducting complex financial analyses and generating detailed reports. Offer insights on strategic and business plans while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial closings and reports.
Decision Support and Performance Monitoring – Develop financial models and analyses to assist in decision-making. Collaborate with Plant Management to monitor key performance indicators such as Overhead, Cash Flow, and Cost Savings, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Production Execution and Costing Management – Oversee daily production execution processes, validate transaction accuracy, and manage inventory adjustments. Maintain data trackers and dashboards for inventory and scrap analysis to support operational efficiency.
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Month-End Close Activities – Support proactive financial planning by recommending budget updates and addressing challenges. Translate assumptions into detailed budgets and forecasts while managing cost reports, journal entries, and ensuring timely month-end closing activities.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or high school diploma with extensive relevant experience
Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP or other financial planning systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Collaborative mindset with adaptability and eagerness to learn
Compensation
The annual salary range is $66,600-$87,465, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
