Description: Enter orders, process orders, and check order status. Handle complaints, returns, and pricing issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Assist customers with order discrepancies and requests for information. Ensure customer master data is set up or maintained correctly. Liaise with and provide support for the regional sales force. Responsible for accurate order documentation in imaging systems. Actively participate in all order to Bill Activities to ensure proper entering, shipping, and billing of orders.Skills:administrative support, Customer support, customer service, export, project coordinating, Call resolution, logistics, billingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)-experience communicating with customers/vendors/clients via phones and email (mainly email) -experience dealing with issues/errors/discrepancies and figuring out a solution -experience working with internal and external managers -logistics/export experience is a huge plus -experience working within ERP systems -able to work in a fast paced environmentAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
