Job Description SummaryPreparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned products/offers/services; Involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope.

Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.

Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with equivalent years of work experience.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the cardiology domain, experience of working on the client side within an cardiology service line either in a clinical or administrative role will be a distinct advantage.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in downstream marketing in the medical device industry.

Experience in developing and implementing broad based marketing campaigns including contemporary digital marketing expertise

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a track record of successfully influencing horizontally and vertically across a complex matrix organization

This is a global marketing position. The candidate could work remotely or from any GEHC location/office in USA in central or east cost region. This position will require travels in the USA and globally (an average of 3-5+ days a month).

Desired Characteristics

Master's Degree in a related field.
