Starting pay is $20.91/hr with increases at 6 months to $21.79/hr and 1 year to $23.21/hr. Transport flooring material from trailers to storage location, and from storage location to the customer or Shaw trucks for shipping.
Retrieve hard surface material with their lift truck, build, and wrap pallets per pull task specifications.
Maintain a safe work environment
responsible for reporting unsafe storage areas (leaning pallets, damaged walls, etc.) and unsafe working conditions to Supervisors.
Qualifications
6+ months experience in an industrial setting (manufacturing/warehouse/distribution)
Forklift or equipment operator experience required
Ability to lift up to 51lbs repetitively is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Must be able to attend training on 1st Shift for the first two weeks of employment
