Description:Process automated payment runs for vendorsEnter invoices into the ERP system, reconcile statements, research problems, obtain proper signatures and adhere to compliance Maintain accounts payable and paid files for vendorsAccurately file paid invoicesWorking with other departments to resolve account issues when necessary.Set up new employees with expense reportsObtain appropriate documentation to ensure three-way matching and/or any other approval necessary to process invoicesAnswer incoming vendor/customer inquiries regarding outstanding invoice issuesVarious year-end dutiesReceive, verify, and accurately process invoices and credits into SAP.Effectively work with company Buyers & Planners to resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.Review and reconcile all vendor statements for accuracy. Request any missing invoices/credit from vendors.Prepare and process electronic transfers & payments.Respond to all vendor inquiries via email or phone in a timely manner.Attention to detail.
