Recruiter - Production

We are seeking a highly motivated full-time temporary high-volume Recruiter to support our Perry, GA manufacturing plant’s growing workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a high volume of production, skilled trades, and support staff to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced, industrial environments.  This position is located onsite in Perry, GA. Project duration estimated at 4-6 months. The responsibilities of this position shall consists of, but not be limited to, the following:Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring needs, including production workers, machine operators, assemblers, forklift drivers, maintenance technicians, and other plant roles.Partner with plant leadership and HR to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Proactively source candidates through job fairs, online job boards, social media, local community partnerships, and employee referral programs.Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with plant requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and seamless process.Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates to reduce time-to-fill and improve workforce planning.Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate progress and hiring metrics.Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and employment laws during the hiring process.Drive employer branding efforts by promoting the company’s culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the manufacturing environment.Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
