Senior Scrum Master
What We NeedFLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Senior Scrum Master. This position is located in Atlanta, GA remote/hybrid options available. You will report directly to Ratheesh Shenoy and regularly collaborate with scrum team and stakeholders.How We WorkAs a Senior Scrum Master, you will be expected to work in hybrid or remote environment. - Using agile methodology. plan, manage, and deliver solutions critical to the business.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Assist product owner in creating the stories, understand the user stories in detail and represent the team in various discussions.
- Scheduling and facilitating various scrum events and meetings.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Agile certifications preferred (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFE, etc)
- Ability to manage projects leveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple medium/high complexity projects in a matrix resource environment, working with diverse sponsors across multi-company and business units
- A background as a product owner or in software development or system testing
- Experience delivering projects in AWS, Adobe AEM and Salesforce
- Experience in banking or credit card industries
- 10+ yeas of overall industry experience in information technology
