Management, control and further development of the warehouse and logistics organization with the aim of taking into account the departmental objectives.-   Personnel management  with all  relevant individual  tasks (further development of  the area  , staff  discussions, performance  and potential  assessment, performance  management, ensuring  induction, occupational  safety, etc.)- General  organization  of  the  area  of  responsibility  (personnel  deployment  and  requirement  planning,  KPI  reporting,  KST  management,  etc.)
-  Planning  and  optimizing  warehouse  efficiency  and  warehouse  processes
- Ensuring  shipping  processing  (preparation  of  relevant  documents,  such  as  shipping  
or  customs  documents  for  import  or  export)
-  Ensuring  forwarding  arrangements
- Ensuring  data  management, inventory processing  and regular  inventory checks
-  Ensuring  effective  fleet  management
- Trustful  cooperation  with  internal  and  external  partners  (e.g.  production,  SCM,
