Metrologist

Implement, maintain, and optimize QC-related measurement systems and methods.Oversee and ensure the functionality of measurement equipment used in the facility.Independently program test systems and measuring devices (e.g., coordinate measuring machines, function/force testing devices).Qualify both automated and non-automated test equipment through measurement system analyses.Develop and optimize new measurement methods.Implement new measuring systems and technologies.Develop concepts and assist in creating test records.Support the harmonization of measurement methods and test equipment with customers and other internal plants.Provide technical support for measurement tasks in related areas.
