Analyze and resolve root causes of ongoing quality issues related to assembly, molding processes, and other supporting technical operations.Provide regular technical status updates to the Production Supervisor, Head of Production Unit, and Head of Maintenance.Plan production processes based on customer requirements, machine allocation, and press and mold availability.Strengthen the technical capabilities of the team through hands-on training and development.Repair or replace mechanical components such as brakes, clutches, gears, belts, pulleys, chains, sprockets, cams, seals, o-rings, bearings, and bushings.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including gears, cams, seals, bearings, shafts, and motors.Maintain and troubleshoot chains, sprockets, and perform basic alignment tasks.Install and maintain various valves, including cut-off and pressure relief valves.Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including cylinders and motors.Maintain and service hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and related components.Repair and replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines, hoses, solenoids, and flow control devices.Troubleshoot and maintain air compressors.
