Ensure timely and order-specific fulfillment of delivery commitments through effective coordination between customers and internal departments, such as production.Plan and schedule orders independently, adhering to internal guidelines and collaborating with key interfaces (e.g., production management, quality assurance, controlling, and logistics).Monitor inventory levels independently to ensure stock availability and avoid disruptions.Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are addressed promptly.Update and maintain accurate master data in designated systems, such as MES and SAP.Organize and oversee the provision of required services, including sterilization and printing.Initiate necessary activity allocations, including special allocations as needed.Manage the procurement of production materials, including purchased parts and packaging materials.Support the processing of complaints and monitor blocked stock to address any issues efficiently.Conduct independent batch traceability in the event of complaints to identify and resolve issues.Participate in inventory control measures and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.Prepare for and participate in customer meetings as required by management.
