Property Manager - Conventional Multifamily (70189)Job DetailsJob Location Guest House - Rome, GAPosition Type Full TimeDescription Responsible for the overall operation and profitability of a conventional multifamily asset. This position will lead, motivate and mentor high-performing teams to provide a world-class living experience for our residents. As the onsite leader and decision maker, they will be responsible for successfully maximizing property income, occupancy and NOI. Our ideal candidate will be a financially savvy leader with strong industry knowledge and the ability to implement creative leasing strategies that will contribute to the property's successWhat You’ll Do: Personnel Management:Manage high quality on-site staff through implementation of effective recruitment, training, coaching and development programsEffectively perform and document appropriate employee evaluations including, but not limited to, performance reviews and corrective action reviews, and termination paperworkStrategic Leasing Management:Effectively maintain product knowledge of property and competitors through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends. Ensure leasing staff develops similar knowledgeEffectively show, lease, and move in prospective residentsDirect efforts to implement sales and marketing plans, which effectively maximize rental income and budgeted occupancy Financial Management:Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs; identify trends and recommend appropriate strategies and adjustmentsDevelop yearly operating budgets/forecasts. Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Regional Manager in a timely manner.
