Part-time Property Manager (Calhoun)

Part-time property manager. 21-24 hours per week. Calhoun location, may include Cartersville some days. Duties include, but not limited to: greet prospective tenants; show and lease apartments; collect rent; post and deposit payments in rental software; confirm leases and paperwork are completed and input to system accurately and timely; schedule vendors for work and rent ready items and inspect for completion; deal with tenant concerns and requests on a timely basis; submit work orders; maintain rental properties' appearance; answer incoming calls, and administrative duties.
