BSW Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Roll Forming Machine Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits and long-term stability.
Positions:
Wielding Machine Operator
Painting Machine Operator
Stamping Machine Operator
Assembly Machine Operator
Profiling Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $19-$24

Key Responsibilities
-Operate and monitor automated roll forming lines (uncoiler, straightener, punching & cutting presses).
-Set up machines and adjust settings based on production orders (ERP/SAP).
-Load and change coils with assistance from crane/bridge operators.
-Perform regular quality checks on product dimensions and accuracy.
-Conduct basic maintenance and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
-Identify and quarantine defective materials; report issues promptly.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with company standards.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in manufacturing or metal forming preferred.
-Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers).
-Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience a plus.
-Forklift certification (Clark 5T) preferred.
-Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
-Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

BSW Staffing is hiring an experienced Robotics & Automation Technician/Programmer for a leading manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA. This role involves programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced ABB robotic systems and Siemens PLCs within a high-tech production environment.
Positions:
PLC Technician
Robotics Technician
Mechanical Technician
Pay Rate: $25-$33
Responsibilities
Program and troubleshoot ABB robotic systems and Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, Step 7)
Integrate robotics, PLCs, and control systems into complete automation solutions
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and reliability
Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with ABB robotics and Siemens PLCs
Strong background in electronics, automation controls, and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical/Automation Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Experience in metal stamping or forming is a plus
