We are a Premier Home Service provider that specializes in complete home rehabs North and West of the Metro Atlanta area. We are currently looking for experienced, honest, and reliable Construction Crews/Technicians in and near Rome, GA to join our team.
Applicants must be honest, reliable, and punctual. Only experienced workers will be considered. Serious inquiries only, please.
Requirements:
Has 4+ years of experience
Owns a standard set of tools to perform repairs
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites and material runs
Has a valid driver's license
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Demolition and site clean-up
Must be able to complete installs such as light fixtures, outlets, small plumbing fixtures, door stops, blinds, etc.
Must be able to complete basic drywall repairs, painting, and minor carpentry
Must be able to complete flooring installation
Daily communication with the office regarding jobs
Must be able to make material runs, as needed, to local Home Depots/Lowes via phone sales to the office
