Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments.
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
