This role is a Remote full time position with a standard work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 plus benefits.
Responsibilities: The Accounts Payable clerk will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payment, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Manage the accounts receivable process, payment processing, and collections.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
Maintain employee expense records and reimbursements.
Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar role.
Minimum 1-3 years in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
