That’s why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.As a Sr Government Subcontracting Specialist here at Honeywell, you will oversee and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or region as per the Annual Operating Plan. This position will lead the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts supporting key Honeywell programs. Ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations, as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). You will work a hybrid schedule at one of our facilities in the following locations: Glendale AZ, Tempe AZ, Norcross GA, Clearwater FL, Torrance CA, or Phoeniz AZ.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership

Ensure compliance with company policies, FAR, and DFARS requirements

Evaluate bids and proposals

Identify and resolve subcontract issues

Develop mutually acceptable solutions

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

WE VALUE

Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations

Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems

Bachelor's degree
