Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Hardware Analyst located in Norcross, Georgia. This role is within the telecommunications industry and will involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio and visual equipment for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.Responsibilities: Install and set up televisions, home theater systems, speakers, projectors, and other A/V equipment Securely mount equipment to walls, ceilings, or other structures Run and conceal wiring and cables for a clean, detail oriented installation Configure and calibrate A/V systems to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with installed equipment Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of their A/V systems Maintain accurate records of installations, services performed, and equipment used Collaborate with team members to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends in audio and visual equipment. Requirements Proficiency in handling and maintaining audio equipment is necessary for this role. Must possess technical knowledge related to cabling. Prior experience or extensive understanding of audio-visual systems is essential. Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and implement efficient solutions. Familiarity with different types of hardware and their functionalities. Excellent analytical skills to understand complex hardware systems. Ability to collaborate with a team and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for explaining technical information effectively. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of safety procedures related to hardware handling and maintenance. Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the field. Proven ability to document procedures for hardware installation and use. Demonstrated ability to provide user training and support where necessary. Flexibility to work outside of regular hours when necessary. Strong organizational and time management skills.
