Description:What You Will Be Doing:Join Lockheed Martin as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization. Learn more here: Global Diversity and Inclusion.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Experience in HR systems with a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures Knowledge of HR disciplines, employment and labor laws, and understanding of basic HR philosophies Skilled in effectively engaging with employees and leaders at all organizational levels Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity, urgency, and confidentiality in all mattersDesired Skills: Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
