HR Generalist (Laurie P)

Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Marietta area that is looking for an HR Generalist with a focus in training. The HR Generalist will report into the HR Director and will support 500+ employees. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR Team and make an immediate impact. Experience with Workday and ADP is a plus. This position is 100% onsite.Responsibilities: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed when an employee leaves the company Maintain accurate records of I9's and perform regular audits to ensure compliance Conduct recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance Work on miscellaneous HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department Manage employee relations, acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries Oversee HR administration tasks, ensuring all processes are carried out accurately and efficiently Manage personnel file maintenance, ensuring all records are up-to-date and confidentialRequirements Possess knowledge and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday a plus Capability to handle Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks Experience in Onboarding new employees and maintaining Personnel Files Skilled in Training & Development of staff Ability to handle Terminations in a professional and ethical mannerRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
