It is that passion combined with a strategic focus on ever changing global opportunities that shapes our path forward.Aircraft Generation : Supervises crews of represented mechanics and avionics technicians responsible for systems testing and operational ground checks and flights. Responsible for driving and adjusting, as necessary, work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals. Ensures that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Reviews work for overall quality and efficiency. Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual employees.Housekeeping : Maintains area of responsibility. Monitors "Clean As You Go" and tool control by following all policies and procedures. Completes end of shift shut down process.Safety : Liaisons with Flight Line Operations leadership to ensure all safety related compliance requirements are met. Conducts scheduled and unscheduled safety audits, identifies risks, and applies mitigating actions.Training : Reviews training reports and elevates delinquencies/deficiencies to stimulate resolutions. Coordinates with Training Representative to maximize learner throughput focusing on reducing training associated DCI and inadvertent training charged to overtime. Proficient in all aircraft systems. C130 knowledge.Desired Skills: Bachelors degree or higher in relevant field of study. 10 plus years Flight Line experience. C-130 J specific knowledge. Avionics experience on C-130s. Production experience.
