54-56 cpm
$100 for oversized
$40-75 for tarps
$20 for extra stops
03 cpm on performance monthly
$75 on clean dot inspections
$3000 sign on paid out over 120 days
$150 Holidays -5 working holidays-
Insurance after 90 days
Home every other weekend.
Vacation pack
Twic, hazmat and tanker endorsement are a plus
You will be asked for:
Social Security Number
Home address history for the past 3 years
DOT long form Must have half of it's time remaining
Current driver license number and driver license history for the past 3 years
Employment history up to 10 years
History of traffic accidents, violations and/or convictions from the last 3 years (including DUI or reckless driving conviction and license suspension)
Criminal history
Military history (if applicable)
