Flynn Management Corporation is seeking a regional manager for its properties in Central Georgia, with potential to include the Florida Panhandle. We manage Rural Development, tax credit apartment communities throughout Florida and Georgia. This position would be responsible for the oversight of several properties, ensuring adherence to RD regulations and guidelines and our corporate policies. Responsible for training and supervising property managers within the assigned region, creating occupancy and delinquency reports, etc.
Previous successful experience in managing multiple apartment communities highly desired along with a Bachelor's Degree. Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.
