salary: $96,000 - $160,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the daily operation of the Maintenance Department required to keep the site operating efficiently. Develops, recommends, and implements cost-effective food manufacturing solutions leveraging technologies and within health & safety, and food safety & quality, and sustainability standards. Responsible for managing capital and expense budget for the site by carrying out capital projects, engineering design, development of specifications, defining scope of work, project planning and execution, as well as organizing and coordinating resource schedules and budgets.∙ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or like field or equivalent knowledge.∙ Minimum of 8 years' experience in maintenance and engineering∙ Minimum of 4 years' experience in food related industry.∙ Minimum of 4 years' experience supervising or managing a Maintenance Department∙ TPM and Autonomous Maintenance experience is highly desired∙ Education and/or experience in Lean/Six Sigma desirable∙ Proven ability to effectively lead by motivating, coaching and mentoring team members. Proven ability to prioritize work and champion change.∙ Ability to work all shift hours as needed including occasional weekend work, flexible schedule required.∙ Ability to travel occasionally.The essential functions of this role include:
