Position DescriptionThe Security Officer I will be responsible for conducting activities to provide a safe and secure environment for Hospital patients, visitors, and employees. Required to interface with visitors, staff, physicians, patients and family members.
Position RequirementsSix (6) months experience with Hospital Security/Safety, Fire, Police, Military Police, Ambulance/EMT, or similar occupation. One (1) year of college may be substituted. Must demonstrate complete knowledge and application of Security, Safety, or Law Enforcement techniques and procedures. Must possess excellent public relation/customer service skills, and good written and oral communication skills.License/Certification Requirements: YesWork Hours: 7a-7pWeekend Requirements: YesOn-Call Requirements: No
