Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a WT Technician to join their team. As a WT Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the Metrology Lab. Creates WT parts for High Precision Gauges
Builds sub-assemblies
Builds parts from BOM
Maintains equipment and tooling
Completes orders on time
Joins sub-assemblies to create gauges
Compares gauges to the reference standards
Verifies test results, print certificates and creates labels
Packs gauges and prepares for shipping
Interacts with the Calibration Lab and assembly group
Assists groups when time permits
Performs ancillary duties as required
What's Needed?
1-3 years of Manufacturing assembly experience with small parts
High Level mechanical ability
1 year of calibration experience
1-3 years in a metrology lab/environment
Experience using pressure systems
Experience with high precision measurement equipment
