Ensures the accurate and timely cash posting of assigned checks to reconcile the daily deposit.
Accesses Payer Explanation of Benefits for application of posting.
Identifies any issues or concerns in the cash posting process and or application.
Delivers exceptional customer service.
Reviews and processes credit balances due to insurance/customer.
Work Experience
2-4 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
Education
High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.
