Description We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a keen eye for detail. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social gatherings. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and vision. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Venue Selection and Negotiation: Research and recommend suitable venues for events based on client preferences and budget constraints. Negotiate contracts and liaise with venue staff to ensure all logistical aspects are in place.

Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, florists, decorators, and audiovisual technicians. Coordinate vendor activities and ensure they adhere to quality standards and timelines.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including setup, breakdown, transportation, and equipment rentals. Ensure seamless execution of event logistics to guarantee a smooth experience for clients and attendees.

On-Site Management: Serve as the primary point of contact during events, providing direction to staff, vendors, and volunteers. Resolve any issues that may arise promptly and effectively to maintain the event's success.

Requirements

Proven experience (2+ years) in event planning and coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
