Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the construction industry that is looking to add a recruiter to their team. As a Recruiter, your primary function will be to manage the complete recruitment process, particularly for hourly employees. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's growth and success.Responsibilities: Oversee the whole recruitment cycle, focusing on hiring hourly employees Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates Conduct initial screening and interviews of potential candidates Coordinate and arrange new employee orientation to familiarize them with the company culture Handle onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of recruitment activities Address and resolve inquiries and concerns related to the recruitment process Continuously monitor and update job postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates Collaborate with the HR team to ensure recruitment strategies align with company objectives Utilize recruiting tools and software to streamline the hiring process.Requirements Proven experience in a recruiting role is essential Highly proficient with onboarding procedures and best practices Familiarity with new employee orientation methods and strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability in using recruitment software and platforms Strong decision-making skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience utilizing an HRIS and/or ATS, Paycom experience is preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
