Now that’s commitment!Why Us, Why Now?As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will be responsible for analysis and design for new and existing software system improvements as well as the negotiation and tracking of deliverables, timelines, and requirements for assigned projects across business units. You willconsult with the business units in planning and coordinating systems analysis and design as well as implementation of projects to automate or improve business processes. You will identifypotential system maintenance impacts, performing upgrades in a timely manner, make changes as required, analyzecaptured datafor areas of improvement and user account support for NCCPA'shelp desk ticketing software.How Will You Make a Difference? Focuses on the formal documentation of business system processes, automation, continuous business system process improvement, and business and system rules.

Collects, documents, and analyzes business requirements and functional specifications for complex, cross functional projects to provide the best solution for business needs.

Assists with developing and improving business processes, including the development of metrics and quality controls, both within technology and business functions.

Collaborates with cross functional teams to review and analyze business system requirements

Develops prioritized functional requirements / user stories and use cases as a deliverable to the development services team for development of the technical design.

Assists technology team by coordinating the prioritization of the product backlog enhancement requests.

Assists in the maintenance and creation of business SOPs as new systems are implemented.

Supports operational and management process and application needs.

Hard Skills You Will Have

Bachelor’s Degree with Coursework in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager in the software development lifecycle with increasing levels of responsibility.

Some experience developing business system requirements into prioritized functional requirements and documents for software development and implementation.

Some experience in business process definition and analysis, project management, business analysis, functional design techniques, and communicating business needs into technology software solution.

Experience and understanding of the Agile software development process.

Expert skills in Windows Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Project, Word, Excel, and Visio).

Must be familiar with technology concepts and terminology

PMP or other project management certification.

Experience with Six Sigma methodology, TQM and other process/quality management system

Compensation Range:: $72,970.00 - $82,000.00
