1st Shift Production Parts Picker

Organizational Relationship:This position reports directly to the WIP Replen SupervisorSkills & Knowledge:Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipient.Math skills to calculate inventory and product counts required.Strong organizational skills required.Must be a team player.Knowledge of cabinet parts & quality standards.Knowledge of computers.Able to use an iPod to access daily workAble to move at a decent pace to keep the lines stocked with cartsMust be able to meet the takt time for Picking commoditiesAble to pick accuratelyDescription of Duties:Responsible for on-time completion of daily production requirements, which include pulling parts from receiving/storage area and carting them to production linesMust observe and follow all safety and quality standards and expectations in completing production requirements. Prepare daily assignments.Work overtime as requiredTrain new associates.Other duties as assigned.
