Food & Beverage ManagerStars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company.We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, positive individual with a passion for creating high-quality menu items and an exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate is a responsible individual who can lead and manage a kitchen/restaurant staff and oversee all back of house operations.What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 2 years ofrestaurantexperience
Kitchen Experience
Proven track record in managingCOGS and labor
ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Manage all food and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Leadteam by attracting, recruiting, and training
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
