Join our team to help build a better, more sustainable world for future generations!Job Summary:Leads a team of project management professionals, and oversees the operational functions and strategies of complex corporate programs.What You Will Do: Evaluating and providing guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; developing strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals. Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors. Defining, establishing and monitoring the program's project management goals. Collaborating with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.What You Will Have:Budgeting: Knowledge of organization's budget process; ability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.Conflict Management: Knowledge of managing conflicts; ability to anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situation level.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.Alignment: Knowledge of the importance of collaboration among team members and the ability to enroll stakeholders in communicating and coordinating activities to support the organization's vision and strategies.Cross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.Goal Setting: Knowledge of the value of creating goals that stretch the teams' capabilities; ability to develop and track challenging goals that support business strategies.Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.Additional Information
