The Parts & Service Consultant leads Business Development of the marine reman and kitted parts portfolio via new product introduction.Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reviews voice of customer and voice of dealer to identify sales growth opportunities via development of new reman parts and complete engines, as well as kitted parts.
Conducts market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Creates and validates business cases for launching new product development programs.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to define critical technical requirements – including but not limited to Marine Society rules, marine emissions regulations, marine application needs, and customer financial drivers.
Establishes metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing sales growth strategies, suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
