Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes

Explain and understand internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

Drive Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting

Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources r

Assemble and review forecasting reports

Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution

Propel monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions necessary

Provide valuable foresight and decision support through effective Business Intelligence (BI)

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are executed properly

An ideal candidate should be highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations

Survey performance to date and assess potential opportunities and risks Requirements - Prior knowledge in Spreadsheet and ERP system

BA/BS degree in finance or a related field

Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

5+ years of experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

Practical knowledge of Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

Demonstrated knowledge of Trend Analysis

Adeptness in financial analysis

General familiarity with Ad Hoc Analysis

OPEX experience

Forecasting & modeling experience

KPI Reporting experience

Budget forecasting experience required

Strong familiarity with CapEx

Background in financial analysis and planning

Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

Experience with financial data management processes & systems, e.g. Oracle/Hyperion/SAP Business Objects/SFDC/Tableau- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
