Link Solutions is seeking a Telecommunications Mechanic II (OSP) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA. Must be a US Citizen  Requires a DoD Secret Clearance Non-remote (relocation incentive available) The Telecommunications Mechanic II (OSP) will oversee and optimize the performance and functionality of the telecommunications systems in support of the Southeast Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) at Fort Stewart, GA. This exciting opportunity lets you contribute to cutting-edge projects while safeguarding our national security. Job Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement. Ensure assigned tickets are addressed with government clients. Maintenance of telephone poles, manholes, handholds, and outside terminals. Install, de-install, maintain, repair, and test multiple-conductor aerial, underground, and buried communications cable to include coaxial, fiber optics, and copper/conventional cable. Provide cable audits of manholes, hand-holes, pedestals, communications closets, MDF, and IDF. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
