- Provide end point support to the organization and act as an escalation point for the help desk
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Expert knowledge Windows Server installation, configuration management and troubleshooting
- Familiar with Windows Server patch management methodologies
- Familiar with Citrix or other application presentation products
- Good working knowledge of VMware vSphere
- Experience with PowerShell Scripting
- NetApp experience
- Citrix ADC or other load balancing technologies
- Cisco UCS administration
- Understanding of Linux
