Content Specialist

DescriptionThe Creative group, division of Robert Half is currently seeking a Content Specialist. A digital signage Content Specialist handles the scheduling, editing, deployment, and monitoring of content across a network of digital displays. The Content Specialist is responsible for successfully scheduling and deploying our Clients’ content to their digital signage solution and are accountable for accuracy. This position requires a high level of collaboration with our the Creative/Content Production team, the Network Operations Center and our clients to ensure responsiveness and accuracy relating to content deployments. If you're interested, please email me directly @[email protected] Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met; communicate with clients to report status and receive input; and provide client training as needed Schedule and deploy content to various digital signage platforms based on input from clients, the NOC and Content Production Edit digital content within design templates, including data, still image, video, and HTML Verification of content deployment using available tools Maintenance of content scheduling traffic logs to track historical actions Provide data, scheduling and status reports to managers Apply basic IT skills to trouble shoot content deployment issues and escalate to NOC/tech support as needed Assist and support internal NOC, engineering and content teams as needed Other duties as assigned by Client Solutions Department Education and Experience 2+ years project related experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferred Experienced user of software CMS tools. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
