- Providing Tier 1 support for data quality, configuration defects, reports & dashboards, user management, and more
- Designing and developing segments, data extensions, suppression lists, imports, and exports
- Aligning to global Salesforce CRM team processes to maintain secure and stable environments
- Collaborating with key business leaders, agency partners, and internal data teams
- Owning the data quality process by maintaining and communicating system metrics
- Recommending and preparing documentation that can be handled by super users
- Following established governance processes and standards to ensure compliance with company policies
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years of marketing automation experience
- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills
- Knowledge of HTML
