By providing a high level of benefit coverage at a reasonable cost to the employee, we hope to foster a long and productive employment relationship.Position SummaryThe purpose of this position is to coordinate and plan production based on labor capacity availability; developing production schedules and labor requirements while working closely with the Window Process Manager and Production Supervisor in order to produce goods in a timely manner by performing the following duties.Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

Analyzes and records daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Monitors and manages profile and glass inventory levels.

Run reports for major inventory periods.

Draws up Master Schedule to establish product sequence and lead time for each operation.

Analyzes production capacity in order to determine manpower requirements.

Plans production schedules around critical work centers in order to meet lead times based on order sequences.

Confers with department supervisor to determine the status of scheduled projects.

Coordinates and places material, hardware, and glass orders based on job requirements.

Expedites operations that have encountered delays to ensure orders ship on time.

Monitor and report out on production issues on a monthly basis.

Education/ExperienceAssociates degree from Two-year college or university in manufacturing, industrial engineering or business management plus 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates and LicensesAPICS Certification Preferred.Qualifications and Skill Requirements
