Experience performing in a project management role overseeing IT projects 5 years Experience working in a State Government environment deploying or maintaining systems 3 years Experience with Responses for Proposals/Request for Information analysis and response 3 years Experience documenting systems, standard operating procedures, and/or governance documentation related to IT systems 5 years Experience business process improvements and performance business analysis 3 years Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, high level of motivation, decisiveness, and flexibility Solves complex problems and drives action across the organization Desired Highly organized, effective prioritization skills Knowledge of Healthcare information security principles and regulations Highly Desired Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Highly Desired Functional knowledge of Lab Instrument Software and applications Highly Desired PMP Certification (pls upload certification) Required
