Staffing - filling needs for salary and hourly openings
Investigations both internal, hotline, etc. Correction Action Administration FMLA
Administration Workers’ Comp Recognition program development and implementation
Policy Administration Ensuring Compliance with state and federal laws
Assess employee attitudes and culture First level coaching and development of plant staff
Responds to the changes in the business Conflict Management Communicate policies/procedures/employee benefits, compensation, etc.
Requirements:
4 year degree required
Previous HR Generalist experience required.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
