You’ll be: Coordinating production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specifications Identifying problems and initiating corrective action Directing multi-functions Administering company policies and procedures Ensuring employee safety via SMS processes and procedures Determining manpower requirements to meet schedules Facilitating internal continuous improvement processes Participating in formulating manufacturing policies and procedures Reporting to the Director of OperationsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma Have 5 – 8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with 5 years in a supervisory role Have a Six Sigma Lean Certification Have an understanding of ISO and Lean Principles Are an analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written Are a bilingual English and Spanish speaker (preferred)What happens next:Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
