Our Transportation/Logistics client in Conyers, GA is adding an Office Administrator to their growing team. This is a 1 st shift opportunity. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. The position starts out paying $15/hr and has the possibility of converting to a full-time employee after 90 days on assignment. Provide extensive admin, clerical and data entry support to the distribution center.
Answer inbound phone calls & transfer to the appropriate person.
Interact with clients via email and phone.
Assist drivers who come into the office.
What you need to be successful:
Previous Admin/Support experience within a transportation environment.
Experience with a Yard management system (preferred).
Microsoft Excel understanding and knowledge.
Strong email etiquette as a lot of client interaction happens via email.
A team mentality and a desire to be coached, learn, and grow.
