Description The ideal candidate for this job will perform the following tasks on a daily basis while working as a customer service representative for the assignment: Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing our growing customer service department
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers
Schedule appointments and dispatch services as needed
Maintain attention to detail in managing customer records, scheduling, and invoicing.
Provide friendly, professional service to each customer
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus, but not required
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of office experience, preferably in customer service.
Experience in call center, dispatch or scheduling is considered beneficial.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and energetic
Possess a friendly but robust personality
Residing within a 30-mile radius of Conyers, GA
Preferred:
Experience with Service Titan Software
Prior invoicing experience
