Responsibilities:
Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces for a new airport runway.
Utilize hand and power tools to shape, finish, and repair concrete surfaces.
Ensure proper curing and sealing of concrete, following project specifications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to project standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a concrete finisher in commercial or infrastructure projects.
Expertise in using tools and equipment related to concrete finishing.
Knowledge of concrete properties and finishing techniques (e.g., troweling, edging, joint cutting).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in concrete finishing are a plus.
